Service was terrible from staff, food was cold and I would say the quality was poor and lastly the prices were really high. I did not have good experience with Chinese restaurants, so I have been pleasantly surprised by Pagoda. The service is very professional. The food was good, except the shrimp toast which was way too greasy.
