The banfield in Buckhead sucks. They're always incredibly rude, and even after serious surgical procedures and diagnoses, they always try to rush me and act like I'm bothering them by asking questions. They never mention any side effects or things to watch out for, you typically have to explicitly ask about basic treatment questions, and they become annoyed when you do.
Do you like it? What do you do if your dog needs surgery or some other more extensive care? I looked into this plan.
Everyone who knows me is aware that I am not one to start fights, to defame someone or anything of the sort. I believe above all that kindness can go a long way. However, I cannot in the name of peace justify not doing my absolute best to put this message out there.

If I could give no stars I would. I have 3 of my dogs on their wellness plan and I am been a customer with them since I asked if I could make an appointment for both of them to get their updated shots that the plan includes may I add and then I could cancel with no issues and was told that wouldn't be a problem.
